The Zoo is home to about 1350 animals representing nearly 130 species of animals and birds from all over the world. The Zoo can be seen on foot or using the vehicle's battery which can be rented at the Zoo. Visitors are not allowed to bring food in addition to drinking water, but there is a canteen in the Zoo. In the year 2014, a visitor had been killed because he had fallen to the White Tiger enclosure, leading to questions about the safety of visitors and animals at the Zoo.
